Experience & Training

I have 10+ years experience providing psychotherapy for individuals of all ages. My training experience began by working two years with women and children at a recovery shelter in Seattle, Washington. This included working with homeless individuals and families, those in recovery from substance use, women coming out of domestic violence, and children who had experienced and/or witnessed significant trauma.

I completed my doctoral internship at the Fremont Community Therapy Project in Seattle, Washington where I received trauma informed training and provided psychotherapy, group skills training, and psychological assessments with supervision from Dr. Laura Brown. 

I continued my training at Integrative Psychological Services of Seattle as a post-doctoral therapist and evaluator under supervision from Dr. Samantha Slaughter. 

I am currently in private practice located in Bellevue WA. I serve adults 18+

I also have professional training in the following:

  • Level I and Level II training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills facilitation (DBT)

  • Lifespan Integration (LI)

On a personal note

  • I grew up in the PNW and have lived near and around Seattle for most of my life.

  • I enjoy being out in nature, camping, kayaking, and hiking.
