A note from Dr. Lasby
I’ve been providing psychotherapy for over 10 years, with a strong focus on helping people heal from significant and complex trauma. Over the years, I’ve seen how deeply trauma can affect every part of a person’s life—and how important it is to have the right tools to support healing.
My introduction to neurofeedback started when I was searching for resources to support my own family. I saw firsthand how powerful it could be. Neurofeedback helped reduce paralyzing anxiety, improve sleep quality, ease symptoms of depression, and support focus and attention. It also deepened the impact of therapy in ways I hadn’t expected.
What amazed me most was how it seemed to unlock something even deeper—creativity, connection, and a clearer sense of self.
That experience led me to integrate neurofeedback into my practice. Today, I use it as a stand alone intervention or alongside psychotherapy to support clients in reaching a deeper level of healing. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a more integrated approach to your mental health, I’m here to help.
